An email will be sent to you confirming that your order has been received. An additional email will be sent to you notifying you when your order ships. If you do not receive these emails, they may have been blocked by your spam filter. Check your order status at any time by clicking on the ‘Order Status’ tab located at the top right of every page. You then simply enter your order number and email address. Your tracking number, individual item status and expected delivery date for backordered products will be displayed. Once your order has been processed for shipping, a UPS tracking number will be assigned. You can access your tracking number at any time by clicking on the ‘Order Status’ tab located at the top right of every page. Once your order has been processed by UPS, you will be able to use your tracking number to track your package at ups.com.

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email texashelp@cmssports.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but items that have already been processed for shipment cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.

If an item on your order is out of stock, the available items in your order may be shipped. You will not be charged for any backordered items until they are shipped. If your order ships incomplete, you will not be charged for any backordered items until they are shipped. Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless special shipping arrangements have been made. However, shipments to P.O. Boxes are shipped United State Postal Service because UPS does not deliver to those addresses. You can check your order status at any time by clicking on the ‘Order Status’ tab located at the top right of every page.
